Good time for an update, I think. Wow, is it really almost a month later from that last post? Time moves quickly.
Well, I didn't end up moving to Baltimore. There are a lot of good things going for me in Utah right now, and if I move, I need to move for the right things and the right reasons.
I'm back in Washington DC now for a Georgetown residency. It's going well. I feel proud of myself for budgeting well and planning the past few months out thoughtfully. I should have a really good, happy experience here and in the rest of the month back in Utah, through Halloween. This is our last full, formal residency meet-up until May 2019, which is crazy. I can't imagine how different we'll all be at that point--how much we'll all have grown, changed, developed, matured. We will also have a few informal meetups among us in small groups. So that's good.
I'd better go now to shower before today's events. A bientôt.
